Refunds are eligible until 30 days of product being received. Product must be returned to our shipping facility in order to receive a refund. Please include your name and order number within the package. Contact customer service for additional return instructions. Please note we are unable to refund cost of shipping, we are only able to refund product.
We are not liable for any damaged product or package that arrives, unless shipping protection was purchased. We do not provide shipping labels for returns.
